Growth, healing, rootedness through connection
I believe therapy is a space for honest self-discovery and meaningful change. I work with individuals and couples to move beyond old patterns and self-concepts that no longer serve you, toward more empowered, compassionate ways of living and connecting. Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, grief, identity questions, cultural pressures, or adjustment to major life transitions, I'm here to help you gain new tools and perspectives. My approach honors both your resilience and your vulnerability—celebrating your growth while also holding space for the wounded parts of you that need understanding and care. I draw from multiple therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused work, Family Systems, Attachment-Based approaches, and others, tailoring my work to what resonates with you. I work with young adults, adults, and elders across the lifespan, and I'm also committed to supporting clients navigating systemic and cultural oppression. I offer telehealth sessions and am currently accepting new clients. Whether you're looking to build skills for managing uncertainty or stress, adapting to major life events, or seeking to create positive change in your relationships, I welcome you.
